Added

Host the dashboard under a reverse-proxy subpath (issue #36). The dashboard
hardcoded absolute /dashboard/ and /api/v1/ paths, so it couldn't be served
behind a proxy at, say, https://example.com/vaults3/dashboard/. A new
server.base_path (env VAULTS3_BASE_PATH, e.g. /vaults3) makes the server
rewrite the served index.html — asset URLs and a runtime base the SPA reads
for its router basename and API base — so everything resolves under the subpath.
When base_path is unset the server also auto-detects the proxy's
X-Forwarded-Prefix header (a forwarded prefix is sanitized to safe path
characters). Default is empty, so a normal root deployment is unchanged.
